How do I know if my macbook pro is expandable?

I have the new 15" MacBook Pro. Here are the specs.

15-inch: 2.53GHz
Intel Core 2 Duo
4GB Memory
250GB hard drive
SD card slot
Built-in 7-hour battery
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics

Well... you can also replace your SuperDrive with a second HDD.

Short of ram and hard drive, no laptops are expandable. The MBP is no exception. You can add more ram or a larger HD, or as the other poster mentioned you can pull the optical drive in liu of a second HD

Actually you can do anything even changing CPU or GPU but that needs many skills such as soldering.

Basically only RAM and HDD are good.

i suppose you "could" do it if you had the machine just like you "could" build yourself your very own custom laptop lol
