Dudes, I have no idea how to make a copy of my failing Word 2001 disc.

It's chipped, and it will work probably one more time, so I need to know how exactly to copy the disc. Help. I can't stand Office 2004 adn I have Two Office copies of it with six licenses -- but I like Word X first version.

I have no idea how to copy. But this cd is not going to last past one more install as it is chipped....

Disc utility?
Drag and drop?
Copy to desktop? Have no idea.

What do I do? The only copyign I've ever done is cds to iTunes.

If you have the space I would start with coping it to the HD. At least then you will still have a usable copy, Then worry about copying that to a CD or DVD. I have only burned some photos to CD once. It took some trial and error but I was able to figure it out. Of course I couldn't remember well enough now to give instructions but it was fairly easy. I think you could do it once it's on your HD.
