How do I make a menu for divx files on Mac?

Hello everyone. I'm aware Windows Nero can do this. From what I can see Toast version 9 does not support this, it only allows title menus for DVD-Video which increases file size dramatically. Is there a Mac program that will allow me to have a title menu for the Divx files so I can select what file to play on a Divx player instead of playing them in sequence? Thanks for your help.
