How do I make a T-shirt launcher?

I need to figure out how to make a T-shirt launcher. I know you can rent/buy them, but I'd rather make my own. The question is... how?

I've been looking around on the internet for DIY and homemade plans and instructions on how to make one, but nothing has come up.

I figure it would use a regular paintball CO2 canister, but that's all I know.

Any suggestions?
