Am i right when i think to Publish my website i need to, create a web server.



If so how do i make one?

Even better are they free?

No, you don't create a web server. You rent one or install one. Do a Google search on web hosting to find various companies that will host your web site. If you're asking this question I would advise against trying to install the web server yourself. Also check out the stickies in this forum as they have valuable information and links to get you started.
