how do i make another account for my sister?

i got a new mac, intel core 2 duo. set it up all good havin a blast, my sis wantz her own acc, how do i do that?

System Preferences -> Accounts

Click the Lock, enter your password, click the + button to add a new account.

Then your account is not an Admin account. Does someone else have an account, or did you set yours up yourself? If the latter, you need to remember the password for the original account so you have permission to create another one.
