How do I make my networked macs talk to Windows7 machine?

Hi all,
yep, for study purposes I had to buy a cheap windows7 machine. (Believe me, I didn't want to but it was a seriously cheap deal).

So it is the wireless laptop in our otherwise ethernet routered network. Any hints on how to get my pc (arrgh!) moving images and files to my macs and vice versa?
