How do I make NeoOffice just save changes (not save as)?

When I'm working on a spreadsheet document within NeoOffice and save my changes, it comes up with a save as box and I have to choose the .xlsx format and click OK, every single time. It gets tiresome.

Is there anyway I can make it just save the file as the format it already is (i.e. just save the changes as per normal behaviour for these programs usually) in NeoOffice?
