How do I make programs run off of the SSD of my Fusion drive?

I'm using Adobe Premiere on my new iMac and would like the program to run as smoothly as possible. Curious if I can run it off the SSD side of my HD to make it run faster.

You can't force it to, but if it is frequently used app it will be running off the SSD already. Here is a good article that explains how it works.
