How do I make this adjustment in Itunes?

I want to make a collection of one hit wonders in iTunes, but I do not want to have 100 artists listen in iTunes with one song. How do I make a custom Playlist I suppose or artist and put these songs into the collection?

Also can I add songs already in iTunes into these lists as well?

To make a playlist, find the menu option for new playlist. You can use songs from iTunes or your own personal collection; you can drag those songs to the playlist.
