How do I measure my MacBook Pro's CPU temperature?

I used the Temperature Monitor app. to view my HDD temp., which is 46?C, but it won't let me view any other sensors...how do I see how how I'm running?!?!?

You can use this kernel extension but it is not the most reliable thing in the world.
This is GUI wrapper for the kext but I forgot where I saw it.

Apple has not officially allowed CPU temp monitoring.

Is the intel chipset & other mobo sensors accurate? How much +/-?

Please note that the accuracy of all current 'temperature testers' is questionable.

totally questionable...

Mine was showing 27 before I did the firmware update, now its back to 67... its all over the place...

Seems to hover around 64 after the Firm. Up.
What does the Frequencies mean in CoreDueTemp?
