How do I migrate data from Things.app to 2Do?

I'd like to switch from Things.app to 2Do, but I have so much data in Things that the idea of a manual migration is daunting. I can't find any export capability in Things, and there's no option for importing Things data from 2Do.

Anyone managed this?
