Hey there,
I guess this is sort of a continuation of my older thread, but I was afraid I wouldn't get an answer if I posted it back there.
I know how to mount a disk image in OS X with the included Disk Copy utility, but what I need is a bit beyond that.. I've got an installer for a game that I want to play, but I don't have the original CD -- Just a .iso file in its place. When I want to install the game, it prompts me to insert the game disc; I can mount the ISO on the hard drive, but its apparently still looking for something in the CD drive. I could alternatively burn the ISO onto a blank disc, but I'm unfortunately out of those at the moment.
Is there a way I can specifically tell the ISO file to mount itself to where I want it to be so that I can fool my PowerBook into thinking I've inserted the CD? Thanks.
