I have an Apple Watch Sport (1st generation) with watchOS 4.3.2 (latest version I can put).

I have an iPhone 7 running iOS 15.8.3 (latest version I can put).

I have https://apps.apple.com/kz/app/voice-recorder-audio-memos/id1177522900 on my watch and iphone. I
have recorded audio on the watch. How do I move them to my iPhone? How do I upload them to iCloud?
