How do I.......Move iTunes and iPhoto libraries

Move iTunes and iPhoto libraries from main SSD to HDD that is installed in optibay? Then removed said libraries from SSD to make room.

Current set up.

- Early 2011 MPB 15
- Samsung 840 500 SSD in main bay
- Momentus XT 750 HDD in Optibay

there's a lot easier way to do the itunes moving. Simply copy the itunes folder in music and paste it into the new computer's music folder. Works across macs and pcs too.
