Delete everything on my mac to set up for my buyer?

I have cs3 on it along with parallels and do not want to delete and re install all of that.

How do I just delete my user but leave all installed apps?

You can't sell a mac with cs3 and parallels pre-installed unless you plan on giving the new owner the install disks and license keys.

Just create a new user, then delete your user.

^^ That will work, but unless you use one of those government-approved file shredder/forensic things it's still possible to rad the information on the disk, even if you've deleted it.

As long as you don't fear someone walking off with credit information or whatever confidential stuff you've stored on your system, it should be alright.

Personally, if your selling a computer i would be replacing the hdd and doing a reinstall.

You can't be to careful with data and people trying to recover it
