I want to open a tab in desktop 1 and another tab in desktop 2, because it's much easier to switch. However Safari won't let me! Is there any way to do that or I'm gonna have to install second browser to do that?

Tabs are, by definition, contained within a single window. What you want is a new window. You'll need to open both, then drag one to another desktop, and make sure first that you don't have Safari set to stay in one particular space.

Open both what and how do I drag it to another desktop? Once I open Safari it won't let me open another one, I can only open a new tab, but I cannot open a new window or move a tab into the second desktop. BTW how do I make sure first that I don't have Safari set to stay in one particular space?

Make sure you are not in full screen.
