How do I permanently move this?

I play RS, and jagex makes a pref.dat in my user folder, how do I permanently move it to the library folder, because its annoying where it is right now.

You can't. That's where the app expects the file to be, so you have to leave it there.

you could move it to the library directory, and make a alias/link to it...but there would still be something in your user directory.
