How do i play 240 fps video on Windows?

I'm on my laptop and the videos that I recorded in 240fps jitters the picture and looks bad. The only way for me to view the video clearly (without slow-mo) is on VLC.

Is there something I can do to watch the videos at 240fps.
If it helps, my laptop has this video card

- Intel HD Graphics 3000

Sorry you really can't. Screens really pretty much top out at 120hz and even those are expensive. Your laptop is likely only 60hz
