Searching for a app that can play music files from a web directory or something, or something else easy for upload.
i am without my music library for about 10 hours and want to stream my music then.

Google Music Play

OP try the free service from Google called Music Play

It uploads your iTunes music into the cloud and is accessible from anywhere using their website - plus it's free.

I do not know what the storage limit is but I believe I have 5GB worth of music already uploaded on my account.

And I believe there is an iOS app for it as well.

The limit is 20k songs I believe.

How about Amazon cloud player? You can upload all of your music on your computer to amazon cloud.

Sure you're not trying to sign up to Play Music All Access? As i did'nt need to input any card info when i signed up, but it was a year or so ago.

The standard edition is free. https://play.google.com/about/music/
