How do I power a hard drive motor?

I have two empty 2.5" hard drives and I want to use a motor to make a fan. I took out the board on one and found the springy connection between the board and contact. The motor has four connections. Is this a stepper motor? How do I power it? Preferably I want it to run at full speed.

I suppose the hdd came frm PPC machines....ha ha.

One came from broken iBook, another came from a rusty external hard drive enclosure. I ask here because this is the best place i can think of to ask here.
