How do I put a word doc on a touch?

Hey gang.

What I want to do is to be able to put a word doc or something that I have created from pages onto the touch. I was thinking of using the pdf viewer buth I have not figured the pdf viewer out yet. It is 1.1.2 jailbroken.

What are your suggestions?

For transporting files (not viewing on the iPod), you can just put it into a folder when you SSH into it. For viewing files, if you know how to make a PDF file, you put it into var/root/Media/PDF.
