How do i put an app on my ipod using SSH instead of installer?

I want to put icomic on my ipod touch and leave off a certain part that makes it japaneese, but i dont know how to install it using win SCP/ cyber duck. could someone help me? i also need to know where to download the file, or if i can take the app off my ipod and change it and then put it back on perhaps?
