I am brand new to macs and am completely clueless. I have quite a few tv shows and movies on my imac that I would like to transfer to my 80gb ipod and have NO idea how to do this. Please help as im getting completely frustrated! 
There are things i know I need to do, like transfer files to a different format, get some sort of software ect. But I really don't have any idea of the methods... ( I know what you're thinking someone like me doesn't deserve to have a mac!! But I want to change!!! )
P.S if you could tell me in laymans term!!! Or my brain may explode!
