Is it possible to rejailbreak my iPhone 5? I'm getting a lot of crashes and I can't pinpoint it. I have the same tweaks my iPad does and my iPad never crashes.

I'm currently 6.1.2 and want to stay 6.1.2. Just wondering if I can rejailbreak from scratch.

Can I not restore to stock apple 6.1.2 then rejailbreak?

I'm going to give ilex rat a try but after reading some things online I had mixed feelings

I just want peace of mind by going back to stock , then re-JB'ing like normal.

nope, not possible to restore to stock 6.1.2. your only option right now (in regards to restoring) is 7.0.4, nothing else

If you have no corrupted firmware files, use iLexRat, terminal method, choose #12

The "rat" works perfect. I "re jailbroke" an ipad 3 using it zero problems last week.

Download the source and install terminal and run #12 as mentioned.

Google iLexrat there are videos showing how to use it. I did this just to make sure I was doing everything correct.

Why use terminal? You can start with clean firmware just by installing iLex RAT. There will be an icon on home screen when you install it, chose option two and it will do the rest. You'll be left with clean firmware, but the jailbreak remains.

the terminal method is sometimes more affective.

Well everything was successful, used terminal and ilexrat... no more crashes now and improved battery life.

All I have installed is f.lux, BiteSMS, and bulletin. This is all I need!

Very nice.
Keep it simple and you wont have any issues.
And if you do you will be able to identify the problem easier and faster than if you had 30 different hacks installed.
