I want to create training movies on how to use OSX. What is the best way to record a screen movie and then annotate it and convert it to a flash and have buttons on the bottom that can pause and allow users to go any part of the movie?

I want to do this without Youtube and I'd like to host it on my own webserver.

I know Camtasia does this for Windows, is there an OSX version that does this?
