how do i register itunes without credit card? help!

okay here is the scenario,

i already have a malaysian itunes attached with the credit card but i want to register a new account in order to download an app called iphone 4 case program. ok i'm staying in malaysia and asked a friend to purchase the ip4 from singapore for me. so now i must have a singaporean itunes to be eligible to download that app to claim my free case. any1 out there can help me? i dont have singaporean credit card how can i do it?

even if i speak to him, the credit card is his and he might not want to let me know because of fraud. anyhow i still need to download that app.

damn last time we can register without credit card. now we cant! pissing me off.
