How do I reimport video I shot from iPhone 4

I just shot a video with my iPhone 4 and after importing it, it plays horizontal.

I re-plugged the iPhone to my computer and clicked on the import data setting thinga-maging and clicked off the "rotate video".

But after that it states that there are "no new videos to import"; which I know - but how the heck do I go about re-importing this video, but now with the RIGHT setting (which should be hopefully right now!)

I'm using iPhone 4 and the latest iOs 5 and have a Windows 7 computer; and playing it back in QuickTime corrects this sideways video, but I have no longing to view my video recordings in QuickTime
