I'm going to re-install snow leopard and start with a clean slate just to get rid of the mountain of rubbish files and everything i have lying around and to make it more snappy. How do i re-install it though? I still have the disk but i'm not sure how to go about re-installing.

I have Windows 7 installed on a bootcamp partition. Do i need to do something extra with this in mind? I want to get rid of that too as part of the re-installation process.
