How do I remove a program from the "Open with..." options?

I recently installed my printer drivers on my MBP and I didn't see an option to add these to the "Open with..." thing or I'd have unchecked it. Now files have Open with HP Photosmart blah blah blah options. Is there a way to change this so it is no longer part of the menu options?
