I updated to iOS7.1 on a friend's pc and somehow I have an annoying iCloud safari page at the bottom of my list of open tabs which says the name of my friend's iPhone.

It would appear to be a glitch from using a friend's pc to update my phone. I now have an iCloud safari page with her name on it and I don't know how to get rid of it??
