How do I remove Team Fortress 2 from launchpad?

I've deleted the game data with Steam. I'm on El Capitan, there's no cross that appears to let me remove it, tried dragging the icon to trash and nothing, it's not in Finder, and I've even tried a terminal command (something like killDock) I found somewhere but it doesn't work either.

Small things like this are what make me really irritated by OS X over Windows.
