I got my new watch and unpaired the other one, but this still shows. I logged out of icloud and back on and also made sure its not on any of the find my iPhone devices, but it still shows. Any ideas?

Had this problem years ago with the Series-0 watch and a replacement from Apple. I could only solve this by calling the apple support and they did it remotely for me.

Not sure if you've already done this, but might be worth checking below that your old Apple Watch still isn't in your device list.

My old one was unpaired, but still showed on the list until I removed it.

Thanks for this! Didn't think of this. All done and my duplicate is gone.
