How do I remove the name of a person from a machine?

I bought a computer from Luis. It says "Luis's MacBook" in the home folder. I have deleted his account and made a brand new admin account with the username Apple yet this machine still calls it Luis's MacBook. How do I rename this MacBook in the software (I have 10.15.2 OS X) so that the machine now reads "Apple's MacBook"?

Command + R keys held down at boot to get to the recovery partition then re-install the machine. You should not be using an install of any software you do not know where it came from. You do not know what is on that machine or what it might do with your information.

That seems extreme. May be he knows Luis well and trusts the person...
Go to System preferences, and in Sharing at the top is Computer name. That is what you should change.

I did not want to rebuild the machine when he had just done it. It was an old man who had just gotten it fixed from Apple. I have CleanMyMac installed as well to search for spyware.
