iPod touch how do I replace library w what's in itouch?

I had to do a full system restore on my PC. When my backup service restored my itunes files, there is a ton of them missing. So, now there is all of my music on the itouch, and only a small portion of it on the itunes.

Is there a way for me to transfer everything from the touch to itunes? Everytime I plug it in, it says that the touch is synced w another itunes, and asks if I want to replace everything on it w that library, when really I want to replace the library w whats on the touch.

Yea there is a way but IMO its really hard to do then again im a complete idiot so maybe its not.
