Hi,

I am currently using a 2019 base model 15" MacBook Pro

I have it connected to an LG 24" 4K monitor via thunderbolt which I got from the Apple store

The only other port I use is the headphone jack to listen to YouTube.

What's been happening is suddenly the sound transfers from my headphones to the LG speaker without warning while my headphones are still plugged in and play from there very loudly

Nothing really works to fix this unless I restart the computer

How do I report this issue to Apple? I am hoping for a fix soon

Unpair and repair the speaker for starters.

See if you can select output from the sound icon on the task bar up top if you keep volume control up there.

It's the built in ones. Even if I click on headphones in settings it won't switch. Only if I select on MacBook Pro speakers does it switch :/

Call them.

I don't think there's problem in my machines. My guess is just a software bug that can be fixed in an update

Well you asked how to report it. Some sort of communication would help in order to achieve that. :)

I can however imagine this to be super annoying.
