How do I reset Function keys back to standard?

Hi All,


oh man, I tried to change the "home and End" keys on the external keyboard in terminal with some scripting

It did not work, and now the following keys do not work at all:
1. Function keys not working on Laptop or External keyboard.
2. External Keyboard - Home and End Keys
3. External Keyboard - PageUp and PageDown keys


What do I do to get them back to standard?

I did a time machine backup Yesterday, are there specific files in the $HOME/Library/ directory I need to copy back etc?

Or is there a roll back feature in macOS?

I used the "Code set 1" script from the following thread:

I got an error message in terminal. Gulp.

I deleted the new file created, made sure gone then restarted the Mac

Thank goodness it started up. bit of delay mind!
However as I say the keys above are not working.
