How do I reset my fonts?

I installed Office 2016 onto El Capitan and it has changed the fonts in Safari. Tbh some of them actually look a bit better, but some look a lot worse.

How do I reset Safari back to it's normal fonts?

Will Office have changed fonts anywhere else on my system?

Further to this I have now noticed that Office has changed my system fonts too, not just Safari. I could really do with some help on this one please.
