How do I resolve this partition?

I want Lion to take some more space.

You cannot move partitions up. You'll have to make a new partition in between the two and clone Lion to the new middle partition. I suggest using Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper to clone Lion.

I believe iPartition does this. It's a paid app though..
