Hi all,
I have a Disk image of my (now broken and soon to be replaced) macbook which I made with SuperDuper. The old computer was running Tiger, and the replacement will be running Leopard. Does this mean I cannot restore from the disk image? Is there a way to do it? I have the system discs that came with it originally if that helps. Thanks

What's broken on the MacBook? If the HDD is ok, take it out, put it in a case and then you can use Migration Assistant when you get the new one to transfer all your stuff.

In fact you may be able to open up the disc image and drag your files out, but MA should transfer all your settings as well.
