How Do I Restore from iCloud after that initial screen? Can I do it from Settings?

My Wi-fi wasn't working when I originally set up my phone but now that I'm home and on Wi-fi, I'd like to restore my phone from that iCloud backup I have. I can't figure out how to do this.

Help would be much appreciated.
