I just installed Leopard but backed up my entire hard drive beforehand using SuperDuper. Can someone please tell me specifically how to restore my emails and preferences back into Mail, my iTunes library into iTunes, and my iPhoto library back into iPhoto. Thanks.

to restore itunes just drag the backed up itunes folder into your music folder and then choose the library by holding option while opening itunes. to restore iphoto drag the backed up iphoto library folder back to your pictures folder and restore it the same way you just did it in itunes
