I had to get my iPhone 4S warranty swapped out, and luckily the replacement was on 6.1.2. The Genius Bar guy went through the setup process himself and skipped the iCloud restore part. I took the phone home and jailbroke it, which I wish I had not done right away since I could have done an "Erase and Restore Settings" followed by an iCloud restore. My question is, how do I get my data that is backed up in iCloud now? Such as apps that have data stored within, pictures that were in that backup, etc. I did do a "transfer purchases" to my PC and synced the phone with iTunes connected via USB cable before I swapped it.

Thanks.
