How do I restore to 4.0.1?

I have an iPhone 4 currently jailbroken in 4.0, but I need to restore my phone because of some issues I'm having. The thing is, I've never had to restore after we needed to start backing up our SHSH. How exactly do I restore? And go to 4.0.1 instead of 4.0? Anyone know of a good guide or something? Thanks! :)

iClarified has a tutorial for just about everything.
Hopefully you paid attention and saved your 4.0.1 hashes in case Apple has quit signing 4.0.1 firmware.

Thanks, I'll check that out. Oh I forgot to mention, I did back up my blobs.
