How do I roll back my iPhone 4 to just before my last sync?

I sync'd my iPhone 4 yesterday & I noticed I'm missing a TON of bookmarks on it now that I don't have backed up anywhere. I apparently had it set up to overwrite the bookmarks on my phone with whatever I have saved on my PC. So I need to get them back somehow.

If you don't have them backed up you can't do a "rollback."
