How do I run two TVs on my G4?

We will be running a promo video at a trade show and I want to hook up both the monitors/tvs to my lap top.

Ive hooked up one before through a DVI to HDMI cable at home but how do i pull off doing two?

Would a splitter be enough?

Do I need any software to enable dual monitors? or will my display preferences do the job once i have it hooked up?

If i hook up an S-video to one and DVI to HDMI to another will it still put out two signals? or will it switch to one or the other?
