How do I run Windows on SL/Lion?

I have no idea how to do this but I want to run Windows 7 on my Mac because I want to be able to play PC Games (i.e. Call of Duty:MW3).
I'm running 10.6.8 right now but I will most likely upgraded to Lion if it makes this easier.
So what do I need to do to make this happen? Please help?

Google around some on bootcamp assistant.

Lots of youtube video's on setting it up etc.
