How do I see someone's Windows Maxtor External Hard Drive on my Mac OS X?

Hello
I have someone's Windows HD that I'm trying to connect to on my mac and I'm having a hard time figuring it out.

I downloaded Seagate's OneTouch Driver but the installation did do much.

When I tried to mount it in Disk Utility, I got the "Mount Failed - The disk “disk2s1” could not be mounted." error.

Any other suggestions how to make this work?
