How do I send a complaint to Apple?

I had an interesting experience. About 3 weeks ago, I brought my MBP 2.2 to the Genius Bar, because it wasn't recognizing the battery. The Genius runs her tests, and believes it's the logic board. She told me that they had to order the parts, and that they'd call when the parts get in. They give me the call 5 days later, and I drop my MBP off to get fixed. I get a call from the Genius 4 days later, and she tells me it couldn't be fixed, and that it was sent to the Depot for repairs. 7 days later, they call me to pick up the computer.
My MBP ran fine for about a week, until it started turning off everytime I would remove the adaptor. Also, I noticed all the screws that hold the top part of the casing in place, were missing. The depot forgot to replace the screws! Why didn't I notice this when I picked it up?
So, I go back to the Genius Bar to get the screws replaced, and to get my power issue resolved. The screws got replaced, but my MBP started working fine. I tell the Genius the issue I had with it. He tells me everything is o.k., and doesn't even bother doing a diagnostic on it. So me being a pushover, I just went on my way home thinking everything is good. Guess what, the minute I get home, the problem starts again. I went back the next day, and showed the Genius my MBP issue. Now my MBP is back at the depot getting repaired.

Sorry about the novel, but I just wanted to share my experience.
