just wondering because i have people that like to grab my stuff.. any help? i need to set a password so that it asks me for it every time i turn it on.

How do i set a password for every time i boot?

in Lion, System Preferences, Users & Groups, set a password for user account.
Click Login Options on the left, and then disable automatic login on the right.
Also in System Preferences, Security & Privacy, General tab, Require password Immediately after Sleep or screen saver begins.
